NEW YORK , NY, UNITED STATES, October 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — At Advertising Week New York, Vurvey Labs today unveiled its vision for Frontier Intelligence grounded in real human experience and introduced Freckle, the new product that puts that vision to work for businesses. Built on Vurvey’s People Models, the intelligence that reflects how people think, feel, and behave at scale, Freckle enables organizations to co-create with audiences through advanced simulations and validate findings with direct human research.
Freckle brings three historically disconnected strengths into one continuous research loop: the speed and scale of AI simulation, the depth of behavioral understanding, and the confidence that comes from human validation. Teams can build and understand an audience, explore and test ideas, and keep people present from early development through final decisions rather than asking them to react only after an idea is finished.
“AI can explore more possibilities than ever, but speed alone does not create understanding,” said Chad Reynolds, founder and CEO of Vurvey. “The last great frontier is people themselves. Freckle gives businesses a way to move at the speed of simulation while staying grounded in how people actually think, decide, and respond.”
The loop begins with Vurvey’s People Models. Unlike generic AI personas based primarily on language and demographic descriptions, the models are grounded in voluntarily shared facets of people’s lives. Each simulated person combines three layers: a psychological profile based on the five major dimensions of personality; a life situation shaped by time, income, location, responsibilities, and product availability; and decision-making logic informed by prior experiences and a person’s position on the adoption curve. The result is simulated audiences that vary in openness and can challenge, reconsider, or reject an idea.
Concept testing turns that breadth of exploration into a structured path toward a decision. Using established A/B testing methods, teams can evaluate a single idea or compare up to 50 concepts with audiences of up to 5,000 simulated people, then take the strongest concepts to match human respondents in the same environment for final validation.
“When we ran the same concepts with human respondents and with a Vurvey population, the AI identified the same winning concepts and key drivers in hours instead of days. That gives our teams the confidence to use the panels early in development, while our people continue to make the final decisions,” said Feranmi Muraina, Global Manager of Digital & Communities Insights, Magnum Ice Cream Company.
The Freckle launch coincides with a broader Vurvey rebrand led by Heather Bollinger, who has been appointed Vurvey Lab’s Chief Marketing Officer after serving as Chief Revenue Officer. The new identity brings Vurvey’s human-grounded positioning to life by focusing on the details, expressions, and lived contexts that make each person distinct.
“We wanted the brand to reflect a simple truth: people cannot be reduced to an average,” said Bollinger. “A freckle may be a small detail, but it is uniquely personal. That idea captures what Freckle gives businesses: a deeper understanding of the differences that shape how people respond, choose, and decide, but with the scale that only AI can enable.”
SpecialGuest partnered in developing the brand strategy and verbal identity, while 1stAveMachine and 1stAveDesign developed the visual system. The agency’s strategy team worked closely with CEO Chad Reynolds and CMO Heather Bollinger to tell the story of a lab that designs frontier intelligence grounded in real human experience.
Freckle is available now through vurvey.com.
