(“Sandhills”).

The acquisitions represent an important step in TruTemp Services’ strategy to build a scaled Field Services platform across the Southeast by partnering with high-quality local businesses in attractive, complementary markets. Together with TruTemp Services’ initial acquisition of Maynor Service Company (“Maynor”) in 2025, D&D and Sandhills create a connected operating footprint across North Carolina extending from Raleigh, Apex and Durham through Sanford and Aberdeen. The increased density strengthens the Company’s ability to serve customers across the region, expand its service capabilities, and support continued organic growth.

Founded in 2006 and based in Sanford, North Carolina, D&D provides HVAC installation, replacement, maintenance, and repair services to property owners, homebuilders, and general contractors. Sandhills, founded in 1976 and based in Aberdeen, North Carolina, provides HVAC and electrical replacement, installation, maintenance, and repair services. Over its 50-year history, Sandhills has built a strong reputation and longstanding relationships with custom homebuilders and property owners, while D&D has earned a reputation as a trusted provider serving a diverse base of customers across the Sanford market. Dairus Davis of D&D and Bradford Hainley of Sandhills will continue to lead their respective operations as part of TruTemp Services.

These acquisitions deepen TruTemp Services’ presence across North Carolina, expanding its recurring customer base and bringing meaningful scale to its growing services offerings.
