Fall as an Invitation to Turn Inward
As the days get shorter and schedules shift back into full swing, fall offers a natural pause, and a reason to turn inward. The Fall Ritual Challenge is designed to help participants use that seasonal shift to reset and encourages them to treat their time in the sauna as a steady, intentional ritual. With consistent sessions, participants can experience how regular infrared sauna and red light therapy may support relaxation, recovery and an overall sense of well-being as the season changes.

The Fall Ritual Challenge follows two seasonal challenges earlier this year with over 7,000 participants combined. The 2026 Spring Reset Challenge saw 35% of challengers complete the challenge while the 2026 Summer Ritual Challenge, drew a 38% finisher rate, the highest completion rate of the year so far. “Every season, we’re seeing more members follow through on a commitment to wellness rituals,” said Braun. “That consistency is how the benefits of infrared and red light therapy build on each other, and it’s exactly what this challenge is designed to encourage.”

New This Fall: A Shareable Progress Tracker
Fall Ritual Challenge participants can download a social tracker to log their sessions and share their progress toward completing the challenge on social media. The tracker gives members a simple way to stay accountable, celebrate milestones along the way and connect with other challengers across the Perspire community. Participants are encouraged to tag @perspiresaunastudio and use #fallritualchallenge when sharing.

Fall Ritual Challenge Details & Rules:

• The challenge is free to join and can be registered for in the Perspire 2.0 App, online via the studio microsite, or in studio with the help of a team member.
• The social tracker is available to download via the Fall Ritual Challenge landing page or the Perspire Sauna Studio Instagram @perspiresaunastudio.
• The challenge is open to all Perspire guests and members.
• Members who complete eight sessions between October 1 and October 31 and share their journey after completion will be entered for a chance to win a curated Sauna Essentials Kit. Members can submit their story via this form: Fall Ritual Challenge Submission.
• Members can visit any participating Perspire Sauna Studio location to complete their challenge sessions.
