PURCHASE, N.Y., Oct. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Central National Gottesman Inc. (CNG) announced today that its Lindenmeyr Munroe division will acquire the business of Nebraska-based Omaha Paper Company, expanding its presence in the Midwest.

Family-owned and operated for more than 60 years, Omaha Paper recently rebranded as OPC Direct, specializing in the distribution of paper, packaging materials and equipment, wide format and JanSan products.

The acquisition is expected to close at the end of October 2026.
